Remote maintenance

The specialist staff at our service headquarters in Würzburg are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In the event of a malfunction or more complex problem relating to your press they will provide direct support via phone, fax, e-mail, video conference or remote diagnostics and maintenance capabilities.

Should on-site service intervention prove necessary our technical support staff will organise the rapid assignment of the relevant KBA expert(s) for press mechanics, electrics, electronics or printing technology. To ensure that your press is quickly up and running again even after an emergency. 


KBA PressSupport 24 

Our specialist service, KBA PressSupport 24, provides efficient, 24/7 online diagnostics and telephonic assistance which can often eliminate the need for costly and time-consuming service assignments on site. You have a choice of two invoicing models: a lump sum per case or individual flat rate. Calls are taken in English or German, but French, Spanish and Italian interpreters can also be provided. 


Remote maintenance via VPN 

We also offer a secure online broadband link from our service department to your server via a VPN (virtual private network) with special hardware code. This enables KBA PressSupport 24Web to access your press cheaply and exchange the necessary data at high speed. So malfunctions can be remedied even more efficiently.
